Steam offline activation means we provide access to a shared Steam account that already has your game purchased. You log in, download the game, then switch Steam to Offline Mode. Once in offline mode, you can play without any internet connection, forever.
After completing a UPI payment, your app shows a Transaction Reference or UTR — a 12-digit alphanumeric code. Here's where to find it:

Typically 2–6 hours after you submit your order form with a valid UTR. We manually verify each payment, then send credentials via Instagram DM. During peak hours (evenings/weekends) it may take slightly longer.
Your personal Steam account is NOT involved at all. We provide credentials for our own pre-purchased shared accounts. You only use that shared account to download and activate offline mode — your personal account stays completely separate and safe.
Only one PC at a time. Steam offline mode requires the game to be downloaded on that device first, and only one device can be in offline mode per account at a time. If you need the game on multiple PCs, you'll need separate activations for each.
No worries! Just go to our Contact page and fill in the order form with your UTR number, Instagram handle, game name, and amount paid. We keep payment records for 30 days, so you can submit anytime.
We share PS5 console credentials with you. Add our account as a secondary user on your PS5. You'll get access to all games on that account for your rental period (7 days or 30 days). At the end of the period, your access expires automatically.
You can play online using your own PSN account while accessing the game through our shared console. However, online multiplayer requires your own active PS Plus subscription. Single-player and local multiplayer work without PS Plus.
Due to the digital nature of game activations, we cannot offer refunds once credentials have been shared. However, if you experience an issue with your activation — game doesn't work, wrong game, account issue — contact us via Instagram DM and we'll fix it within 24 hours at no extra charge.
In the rare case a shared account becomes unavailable, we provide a replacement account with the same game at no extra cost. Your activation is protected — DM us on Instagram and we'll get you sorted immediately.
